    $50 for a Junior member (under 16 driver
    child/guardian rule)

  • RAIN OUT POLICY

    The club will make every effort to give members as much notice as possible should we require cancelling an event due to rain. The call will normally be made by NOON on the day, and notification will be by SMS. IT WILL ALSO BE DISPLAYED ON THE FACEBOOK SITE AND WEBSITE. In the event an SMS is NOT received, members should always assume the event will proceed.

West Oz 1/4 Scale Speedway Henderson WA.

WELCOME TO THE WEST OZ EXPERIENCE

West Oz 1/4 Scale Speedway Association's venue  in Henderson has been the home of the sport in WA since 2006. Located in Gemma Rd, off Cockburn Road. The track is part of the WARMS RC Model Park near the Go Kart circuit. (See map on right)

The Association is a not for profit organisation which aims to promote the sport of 1/4 scale speedway racing in a fun, family atmosphere. Dedicated to friendship in competition, 1/4 scale speedway is a growing sport for all ages with males and females enjoying the thrills, spills and skills of this challenging hobby. Membership to the Association is $130 per annum for drivers, $50 pa for juniors and $30 for social membership.  A nomination fee per race vehicle is charged per event. West Oz Speedway are proud to be associated with WARMS. 

Spectator entry is free, parking close to the track is available. Our canteen serves quality, tasty snacks at good old-fashion prices and fans can walk through the pits and get up-close to the drivers and the cars. Most events commence in the late afternoon and race through to approximately 10pm. The new season calendar is available on this webpage.

These events are fun for all the family.

Our seasons commence around September and continue through to April.

(Remote Control Racing Australia)

The Association of Australian Radio Controlled Model Cars Clubs (AARCMCC), was founded to establish a national body to organise the sport of radio controlled car racing within Australia. AARCMCC is composed entirely of affiliated member clubs from all over Australia.

AARCMCC has an international affiliation with the regional RC car racing body, called the Far East Model Car Association (FEMCA). FEMCA is one of four blocks that comprise the International Federation of Model Automobile Racing (IFMAR). AARCMCC is recognised as the Australian national organisation for radio controlled model car racing within Australia.
